When an AI declines to answer something, that is not a dead end — it is a signal. As of this release, every guardrail trip in RVERE is a first-class, exportable event in the audit log.
A trip is any moment the brain chose not to proceed: a blocked off-limits topic, a reply held for human review, a request that fell outside policy. Each one is recorded with the channel, the timestamp, the rule that fired, and the conversation it belongs to.
Compliance teams do not want a screenshot — they want the data. Exportable trip events mean you can answer "how often did the AI refuse, and why?" with a query, not a guess. It also surfaces patterns: a rule firing constantly might be too broad, or a topic you did not expect customers to raise at all.
A trip on the voice line, a trip in a DM, and a trip in web chat are the same kind of record. That consistency is the point — governance you can prove is governance that works the same way on every channel.
Blocked replies used to be invisible. Now they are evidence.
